We’ll use this information to help you create a clear and concise Business Plan, together with a 90 day action plan to address the immediate issues. We’ll help you to set realistic business goals and to define strategies and a timeline for achieving them.
At the end of the session you’ll have an easy to understand one page Business Plan that ensures your business is on track to succeed.
Any time is a good time to complete a Business Plan but it’s especially important if you’re considering a new business venture.
