Then we’ll work with you to define your timeline, your ideal scenario, opportunities to improve your business value and any weaknesses you need to address.
We’ll also set quarterly and annual goals and identify the actions required to achieve these.
Everything will be documented so that you have a robust succession plan that will guide your decision making and ensure your business will realise the best possible return on all your hard work and investment.
Ideally you should commence succession planning three to five years in advance of your proposed exit but it can be done at any time.
