Kerikeri is full of innovation

We sent Jancy and Krystal along to represent PKF Kerikeri at the recent Kerikeri District Business Association event. There was a fantastic turnout with over 80 business owners taking time out of their busy schedules to network and to hear more about a variety of enterprising new businesses including delicious hand-dipped Avocado ice-creams, heart-warming pet funerals, inspiring personal documentaries and refreshing fermented tea beverages (to name but a few).

As part of the event, Harcourt’s also sponsored a panel discussion about ‘Innovation in the Midst’. Jancy was a guest speaker along with Jason Vokes of Olivado, Judy Terry of Bizspace Kerikeri and Gary Larkan of the Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme. Each was able to share stories and experiences of innovation within their industry.

These free events are held frequently and you don’t have to be a member to join. We encourage all businesses, old and new, to get along to swap ideas and hear what’s happening locally.
